Sub: – SAD refund claim application Under Notification No, 102/2007 dated 14.09.2007 for period 01.04.2011 to 30.04.2015 -reg.

Kindly refer to the SAD refund applications registered in this section pertaining for the period 01.04.2011 to 30.04.2015 (list enclosed). This list is also circulated amongst all CHAs / Authorized representatives.

All the concerned CHAs /Authorized representatives / Importers are again requested to go through the said list and submit the required documents if any pertaining to their claim.

In case, if no submission is made on or before 31.3.2015, it will be considered that the same is disposed off, accordingly the claim will be closed without further reference.
