 Sub: Revised All Industry Rates of Drawback, 2003-04

         - Revised Appendices (III to XI) for the EDI - Reg.

 

Attention of all Exporters, CHAs and Members of the Trade are hereby invited to Public Notice no.39/97 dtd. 12.11.97 and to the Appendices (III to XIII) enclosed therein as amended regarding procedure for computerised processing of S/B’s under EDI system at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva. All Industry Rates of Drawback, 2003-04 being revised, the Appendices (III to XIII) have also been revised as Appendices (III to XI) and are enclosed along with this Public Notice. All Exporters, CHAs and Members of the Trade to take note of it.

Any difficulties faced in the implementation of the Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the concerned Joint Commissioner/Additional Commissioner of Export Dept of the respective CFS. For systems related problems, the Trade may approach EDI help desk at CWC, CFS, Dronagiri (Ph.No.27241256) as per PN.no.54/2002 dtd.9.8.02.
