1.         Attention of the Trade and CHAs etc. is invited to Board’s Circular No. 42/2004 dated 10th June, 2004 on the above subject.

 

2.         References were made by field formations to the Board seeking clarification on various provision of CHALR 2004. These have been examined by the Board and necessary clarifications are given in the enclosed Annexure – I.

 

3.         These clarifications are brought to the knowledge of all concerned.
