Sub: Simplified bond module covering both custodianship and transshipment –multiplicity and multi-utilisation of bond- Reg.

 

Attention of all the importers, exporters, CHA’s and members of the trade is invited to the provisions regarding Transshipment of import and export cargo.


2.  In this regard please find enclosed herewith Board’s circular No. 47/2005 vide file No. 450/66/2005-CUS-IV dt. 24th November, 2005

 

 

3.      The contents of the notice are being brought to the notice of your Association/ Organisation.

 

4.   The date on which the procedure prescribed in the circular mentioned above will be made effective, will be notified separately.

 

 

5.    Any difficulty faced by the trade may be brought  to the notice of the undersigned.
