Attention is invited to the Policy Gr No 28 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated 06.10.2005 issued by
DGFT regarding electronic transmission of DEPB S/R data for Customs to DGFT.
2. Consequent
to the implementation of the electronic transmission of S/B module, this Custom
House has started received a large no. of letters for exporter stating that
their S/B data is not reflected on DGFT website.
3. In
order to enable the exporters to ascertain if the data in r/o their S/B has
been transmitted to DGFT or not, an ‘Enquiry Module’ has been developed by the department. The trade can approach Export Service Centres and obtain the transmission details to DGFT in r/o
their S/B.
4. Difficulties,
if any, may be brought to the notice of EDI, JNCH.
