It is brought to the notice of all Importers, Exporters, CHAs and members of the trade that in order to provide more facilitation, it has been decided that the following Sections of the Custom House will be working on all Saturdays, except Gazetted Holidays w.e.f. 01.12.2007 untill 31.03.2008.
1. All Assessment Groups / Docks
2. Import Noting
3. Bond
4. EDI
5. Cash Section.
In addition to the above, one AC/DC will be available on roaster duty on rotation basis to look after work of urgent nature on Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.
