Sub : Re-structuring
of Centralized Refund Cell at JNCH, Nhava Sheva -reg.
Attention of all Exporter, Importers, Custom House Agents, Members of Trade and all concerned is invited to CBEC Notification No. 102/2007- Cus., dated14.09.2007, for the refund of Special Additional Duty. Consequently, a large number of Refund claims pertaining to SAD has been filed by the importers with the CRC Section of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House. As the work load of the CRC (Centralized Refund Cell) Section has increased substantially, it has been decided to restructure and bifurcate the CRC Section as follows:

2. This Public Notice shall come into force with effect from 01.07.2008.
