Sealed Quotations are called from the interested parties for the Server based Anti-Virus Solution with one year support for local Intranet for the Commissioner of Customs, JNCH, Nhava Sheva up to 5 pm of 9th April 2007.  Quotations received after the date and time stipulated will not be accepted and taken into account for award of the work.

 

Sealed Quotations shall be addressed to the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), JNCH, Nhava Sheva Interested parties may verify the actual type of the work required from AC/ EDI Systems, JNCH.

 

Terms and conditions of the quotation are specified in the Annexure-I.  Interested parties should specify the conditions of contract in their quotations.

 

The Commissioner of Customs (Imports) reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.

ANNEXURE – I

 

 

1.     Solution should be suitable for the Windows XP and Windows 95/98 which are in use at JNCH, Nhava Sheva.

2.     Anti Virus Software should timely update all the client machines automatically from the internet site of parent Company.

3.     Administrator should be able to manage the Anti – Virus from single location (Client – Server component of the Antivirus).

4.     The vendor should take responsibility to install software and provide virus free environment without asking for any human resources from Customs.  Support should be available on 24x7 basis.

5.     Anti – Virus solution shall preferably be from Symantec, Trend Micro, McAffee.

6.     Bidders should quote rate for per user license.  The license is approx. for 250 client machines.
