                                       TENDER  NOTICE  No.42/2007

 

            Quotations are invited from reputed water purifying agencies for annual maintenance contract of 21 Units of Eureka Forbes "PUREGUARD COOLER CUM PURIFIED" type ECCP ( Eurostar Cooler Cum Purifier ) machines, which are installed in J.N.C.H. Building.

Nature and scope of work:   The contract will be comprehensive in nature and will cover regular maintenance of the machines and repair, if any needed during the period of contract including replacement of parts.  The contractor has to supply all consumables like filter, carbon etc. as required.

Period of Service:     The contractor will be responsible for regular/periodical check up of the machines, cleaning of filters etc. every month.  Replacement of filters have to be carried out twice in a year.  The contractor is also required to attend to the break down of any machine as and called for.

Mode of payment:     The payment of contract amount is to be made in four equal quarterly installments only after satisfactory completion of work under contract.  The Commissioner of Customs (Exports), J.N.C.H.  reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period if dis-satisfied with the work.

            Interested parties may contact the C.H.S. Section on the 1st Floor of J.N.C.H. during the working hours for inspection of the said 21 machines for getting first hand knowledge about the condition of the machines.

            Interested parties may submit their quotation to the C.H.S. Section within 15 days from the date of issue of this Notice.  This Office reserves the rights to reject any or all the quotation received  without giving any reason, whatsoever.
