TENDER NOTICE NO 36 /2008

 

 

SUPPLY OF 01 LAKH NOS. OF CUSTOMS BOTTLE SEAL.

 

 

            This Customs House invites sealed tender /quotations from manufactures/Govt. suppliers & other suppliers to supply 1,00,000 nos. (One Lakh only) of Customs Bottle Seals at Export Deptt., CWC Dronagiri Node, J.N.C.H. Nhava Sheva..

 

 

TERMS & CONDITION  

 

   I

 

01. The Customs Bottle Seals should be of superior quality and in good condition.  Defective seals should not be supplied.

02    In the event of supplier supplying defective Customs Bottle Seals, he will have to supply double the number of Customs Bottle Seals in lieu of defective Customs Bottle Seals.

03    Ninety percent of the approved gross amount would be paid to the supplier on supply.  The balance 10% (ten percent) of the approved gross value of the bottle seals would be retained till the time the consignment is exhausted, as a margin money to ensure the fulfillment of the condition number 2 above.

04     Delivery should be made free of cost at Export Deptt. CWC Dronagiri Node, JNCH Nhava Sheva within 15 days of receipt of order.

05    The seals must be made of heavy duty carbon steel; plastic coated in blue colour and must be rust proof.  The Customs Bottle Seals must bear a logo “Indian Customs, Nhava Sheva” & should be tamperproof.

06    It must have 6 digit sequential serial numbers on it.  The number engraved on Customs Bottle Seals should be very clear & legible.  Two samples of Customs Bottle Seals may be supplied with the quotation.

07    This office reserves the right to reject the lowest bid & any /all tenders on technical /quality grounds.

 

  II.       The quotation /rates should be only in sealed cover addressed to Asstt. Commissioners of Customs, Records Section 4th floor, JNCH, Tal. Uran Dist Raigad.  The tender/quotations should reach the undersigned before 15.00 hours on 08.09.2008. The tender/quotation will be opened before Asstt. Commissioner of Customs, Records Section on 08.09.2008 at 15.00 hours and interested parties may remain present at the time of opening tenders.
