TENDER NOTICE No.  37 / 2008

 

            The Commissioner of Customs(I), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva  for and on behalf of the President of India invites sealed tenders from reputed and technically proficient companies for the maintenance of the following items on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) basis:-

 

Description of Items

 

UPS 2 (Two nos. of 5 KVA each), 1 (One) no. of 2 X 15 KVA and 1(One) no. of 2 X 10 KVA all DB make.

 

2.         Sealed tenders containing AMC amount, terms and conditions should reach the undersigned latest by 15.09.2008 before 5 PM..   Tender received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.  The Commissioner of Customs(I) reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all tenders received without assigning any reasons thereof.

 

3.         For further details and clarification and site inspection etc., interested parties may contact the Superintendent of Customs(P), EDI Section, Second Floor, Room No. 201 “A” Wing of this Custom House, on any working day between 11.00 AM and 5.00PM.  (Tel No.27244717)
