NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF PHOTO - COPIER MACHINES.

 

                        Quotations are invited from reputed service providers possessing proven expertise in execution of annual maintenance / service contract of photo copier of various makes, on as and where basis to maintain and service photo copier installed at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal - Uran, District - Raigad.

 

2.                        The machines are of the following makes:

 

Toshiba Model No. Studio 160                        5 machines

Toshiba Model No. 2860                                 2 machines

Konika Model No. Magi color 2430 L               1 machine

Panasonic Model No. FX-FLB-802-CM          2 machines

Sharp Model No. AR-5320                              3 machines

Sharp Model No. AM-400                                1 machine

 

                        These machines are installed in different rooms within the main building of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House except one machine installed at C.W.C. Dronagiri, one of the section of this Custom House.

 

3.                     The maintenance charges shall be payable on pro-rata quarterly basis.,

4.                     The quotation should include all maintenance service visits required to

                        keep all machines in good working condition, supply of all spares required

                         for maintenance of the machines.

5.                                          Replacement of worn out, defective parts shall be undertaken only with good quality serviceable parts.

6.                                          The company personnel will train the one person at the side of each machine in use and routine care of the equipment. Each complaint must be attended within 24 hours from the date of complaint.

7.                                          The maintenance / service contract will be in force for a period of one year only. Either party can terminate the agreement by serving 60 days notice in writing upon the other.

8.                                          The company shall not vary the charges payable, as contained in the initial agreement, during the course of the contract period.

9.                                          This office is not bound to accept the lowest tender and also reserves the right to reject / cancel any or all tenders received without assigning any reasons thereof.

10.                                      Interested parties may contact the CHS section of the 1st floor of JNCH during the working hours for inspection of the said machines and for getting first hands knowledge about the condition of the machines.

11.                                      Interested parties may submit their quotation to the CHS section latest by 1500 hours on 24-09-2008. The quotations will be opened at 1500 hours on 25-09-2008 and the interested parties, if they wish, may remain present. The office reserves the rights to reject any or all the quotations received without giving any reason, whatsoever.
