Sub: System downtime advisory due to maintenance Activities-reg

Attention of all the departmental users of ICES v1.5 is invited to the system advisory due to Maintenance activities.

The schedule for maintenance of down time (during which the system would not be available) and the instructions to be followed by the departmental users of ICES v1.5 are as mentioned in Standing Order No. 04/2015 dated 22.01.2015 issued by Commissioner of Customs (Nhava Sheva-I).

The instructions issued vide Standing Order No. 04/2015 dated 22.01.2015, Facility Notice No. 68/2008 dated 23.09.2008 (for manual Let Export Order for export consignments) and Facility Notice No. 01/2008 dated 02.01.2008 (for Manual Out of Charge of Import consignments) is to be strictly complied by all officers using ICES v1.5 during the outage.

The above Standing Order and Facility Notice are available on the website of Jawahar Customs.

This issues with the approval of Commissioner of Customs (N.S.-IV).
